Survey of the Day

Currently my head feels like it is stuffed with cotton, and my nose is alternately stuffed and runny. So my question for you....is it okay to go to the gym and work out when you're sick? I googled the topic and it looked like it was okay for head colds (which I have) but not for flu's (which I don't have).....Any thoughts?

  1. I always work out when I have a cold. Always. It's not even an issue. When you work out, and sweat, it pushes the cold through your system. Makes your body stronger.
